n TAOS: Providing nutritious meals to children 18 and under, and to persons with mental and/or physical disabilities, 18 and over, in the Taos area during the summer months. Taos Municipal Schools Student Nutrition Program sponsors the program through Aug. 5. Children 18 and younger are eligible for meals at any one of the sites in the Taos Municipal School District area. EIGHT NORTHERN FOOD DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM, an alternative program to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), serves low-income Indian households including non-Indians living in any of the Eight Northern Indian Pueblos, Taos County and Pe[+ or -]asco.

THE TAOS EXPRESS: A nonstop weekend bus service between Taos Plaza and Santa Fe Friday through Sunday, stops in Santa Fe to allow for connections with New Mexico Rail Runner train service.
